We would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We have made our return policy as easy as possible to ensure we provide you with quality service .Please be aware that we inspect all merchandise upon receiving and shipping from our warehouse to make sure we have fresh products.

If by any chance we sent you the incorrect product, please give us a call and we will either mail you or email you a return label free of charge.

If you ordered the incorrect product, please ship the unopened item/ items back to us, once we receive them we will ship you the correct items.Please note that if the client has placed an order for the incorrect product he/she is responsible for shipping of the items back to us and the shipping of the new package being set with the correct item .

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for opened merchandise. We can only issue return labels for those orders in which we did a mistake.
