  • We do not ship on WEEKENDS. We do not ship OUTSIDE of the US.

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN ORDERS. BEFORE ANY SOLUTION OR HELP FROM OUR PART ON STOLEN ORDERS, OR CASES CLAIMED AS "NOT DELIVERED AS SHOWED", CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE A CLAIM NUMBER OPENED WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER. 

  • All claims must be received no later than 15 days after the shipment date.

  • Shipping prices are displayed at view cart page or during checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once order is shipped.


  • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and verification.


  • Age will be verified upon delivery by carrier.


  • Driver License or proof of legal age must be provided upon delivery.


  • Estimated times of arrival start once the order is shipped.


  • We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.


  • Orders to PO BOX will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.


  • Free Shipping orders will be shipped via UPS Ground/ USPS.


  • Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.


  • Please be aware we can only ship Lighters via UPS Ground and they will not have gas the client will be responsible for filling them with gas .


  • We do not ship to Montana.


  • All Humidor orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.


  • Large items (Humidors) do not qualify for FREE Shipping.


  • Shipping Upgrades are only available for phone orders.


  • FREE Shipping orders will be shipped via UPS/USPS Ground 1-8 Days only.


  • FREE Shipping is only valid within the lower 48 states. Does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.


  • We ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail.

  • All orders will require signature upon delivery.
